Nice auto buying experience

Randy at Integrity Auto Sales lived up to the company name. Great buying experience. No pressure and an excellent array of vehicles for sale. We picked out a nice Ford F-150 truck and Randy had some upholstery and center console “dings” fixed at no charge before we picked it up. Only thing we’re waiting for is the Oregon plates which has taken quite a awhile,

Best car sales

My name is Ed , I’m 54 and I’ve seen it all. I took a chance and paid a large amount of cash for a used car from Integrity auto, All I can say is Integrity auto is one of the only people that didn’t take advantage of me in a very long time . I’ve had the car for over a year and had It checked out by the BMW dealer , I use the car to get to my doctor’s appointments, etc . I’m a real person and I didn’t know Randy from adam when I walked into his business, all I know is , it’s people like Randy that make the world a place worth living ! Thank you Randy !

My Best Car Purchase Experience Ever

I live in Mt Shasta and cars are not so abundant to choose from so I decided to search on craigslist. I had just sold my car and got 25% more than my asking price so I was eager to find a better-used car.

I generally buy from private parties as I trust the more than dealers. I actually used to sell cars and even worked in the backend in finance years ago. In my days the car industry was trying to earn a better name which led to some reforms but. A deal is just a dealer and the bottom line is how they operate.

On craigslist, I was looking at quite a few cars and there was one car that struck me as outstanding it had minimal miles and I was dumbfounded that a car could be with only 45 k miles after 18 years. I knew I wanted that car but I kept looking and it seemed there were several others that were quite nice and every time I found one that looked good it as being sold by integrity auto.

I was going to go up the following day but something told me to get up to Medford right away. I told Tralana to let me know if the Truck was sold as i was driving and as luck would have it it was in the process of the sale.

This was meant to be because there was another car above my budget but it was so clean so magnificent I wanted to check it out. If this car didn’t work there were two others that were very nica as well.

I usually get a cheaper car and end up making repairs so I was hesitant to go very far past my budget. I had arranged for a small loan just in case I found the one! We after a brief test drive it was THE ONE! It had all the bells and whistles which are not that important to me but it was immaculate and ran great the price was right in the middle of the Kelly Blue Book price range but could easily be a the top of the range.

When I arrived Randy had just left after the sale was in process on the ranger so I spoke with Tralnana who is as straight up as they come. They are not car people they are family people and this was important to me as I felt I could trust them instinctively.

Their kids were as cute as could be and this is truly a family business and the vibe is no pressure just find what you like and lets make a deal. The price was beyond my extended budget even so I made a reasonable offer and they accepted. I think because the car I wanted was sold within one minute of my arrival.

The cherry Mazda CS9 I was going for it which was putting me ALL IN as they say in cards Because if there was anything wrong I would not be able to fix it. To my happiness, I found out that they take all the cars they get at auction and fix them COMPLETELY!!!

Most dealers fix minor things and give it the cosmetic look good. However, my nerves at buying were calmed by them telling me that as far as they knew it was in great condition.

Well I got home and after starting it only 4 times I could not get the ignition to start. I called Tralana and left text messages and she was very helpful and gave me some pointers form the manual which I had read but did not get it to start.

Then she said she would pick me up if I was in Medford but I said don’t worry I would take care of it. In the morning she said she would send a tow truck but by that time I had gone back to try again and it turned on the reason was driver error my fault as I did not wiggle the steering wheel enough. I was being very gentle as this was a new car with so many gadgets I did not want to hurt it.

The good news is the car started and there is no problem with this car. it is the best and fanciest car I have ever owned and could not be happier. I tell this story to let you know they were will to go the extra 90 miles to be sure I was taken care of regardless of the ‘as is” status of my purchase.

I am telling all of my friends if they need a car this is the place to go to be treated with respect as a friend and not just another customer to move through the dealer style sales grinder machine. When my son is ready for a car I am going to fly him up here to a fair honest deal and a car that is gone over to give used car customers a solid car.

I can’t say enough of the Integrity of Randy and Tralana and their family business. This is a true story and I am stoked to have my NEW used car from Integrity Auto.
